Cgates ordered to improve pricing info for customers after complaints

Lithuanian telecom regulator RRT has found that the regional fixed operator Cgates is providing customers with insufficient information on changes to its term and conditions including prices. The company’s practices are incompatible with transparency requirements, according to the regulator, and it ordered Cgates to end the violations immediately. Cgates also must provide customers with the right to terminate contracts with no penalty if it changes prices.
