The White House appears unbothered by a recent United Nations committee report that expressed deep concern over President Donald Trump’s “racist hate speech” toward immigrants, which they say contributed to a violation of human rights in the United States.

  2. If you give them an inch they’ll think they’re a ruler.

Call out hate when you hear it, and stomp it out when you see it.

Didn’t the escalator stop due to one of their staff accidentally turning it off, rather than due to it being broken?

Esit:  I’d meant “escalator,” not elevator 😅

It’s true, nobody cares. The people who are inclined to dislike Trump will use it as exhibit 32,812 of why he’s a terrible person, the people who don’t will ignore it because its contribution (or “sparks”) cannot be proven.

We’ll add it to the pile of things to un-do when we take back the White House.

    Was this a specific speech?

I guess it’s nice to have it out in the open like that. Yep, they’re just fully fascist.

  7. He doesn’t care that he and he alone is responsible for the deaths of 168 children and 14 teachers in Iran. He has yet to admit it was a mistake, that he regrets that it happened, that he will make sure it doesn’t happen again (by reinstating the safety measures that Hegseth, the head of the War Department that he, Trump appointed, removed just before the Iran attacks) or to offer any kind of apology.

I looked up the girl who gave this quote. She certainly looks like the type of person who would say something like this.

It absolutely boggles the mind. They are cartoon villains. The US elected as President Biff from Back to the Future. Mr Potter from Its a Wonderful Life.

You couldn’t write this level of banal evil.

I walk around stunned most days that this is what the world has become.

  10. I comment this alot recently since Trump took office:

    “What is happening!?”

  11. They gleefully admit they don’t care about anything or anyone that isn’t a source of privilege

The bigger thing people need to realize is that Trump was elected. He literally reflects half of the voting public. We can argue about figures – it’s a generalization to make a point.

He reflects a significant portion of this country for better or worse.

THE ONLY WAY Trump will face consequences for lying will be when we vote Next November Stay mad Stay focused Stay Frosty 💯

Jesus, the White House is still whining about the UN’s broken escalator that was broken by *Trump’s videographer*.

    To translate:

“No one’s gonna do anything to stop us.”

The worst part is, the more press he gets, the more he feels he’s accomplished.

The United Nations is saying it, and leave it to the WH to say “No one cares”. The irony of that fucking statement. The WHOLE FUCKING WORLD CARES that’s who.

  17. Tolerance has reached a level where people just assume they can’t do anything and they are at the whims of fate. The propaganda already won and we’re living right before it all burns to ash around us. Civil war and the execution of our neighbors is the plan and a mass surveillance state to make sure we never raise up again.

Our people are sheep and any (“violent” or not) retaliation will be dressed up as the “Other” for the sake of tolerance and status quo.

We’re fucked because everyone assumed someone else would save or fix it.

The law and the systems are dead, we live with the corpse that they were and use what’s left before it’s all gone.

Kings and despots are in charge and there are no hero’s anymore. We can die like the rats they think we are or do what none of us wants to do.

Money is now on us dying like rats and we’ll deserve it since we don’t seem to care what happens.

I’d really like to be proven wrong…

They will only care when there are consequences for their actions. We have to provide them.

  19. They are so delusional. Americans are living safer? Nurses are being shot in the street by the government with no accountability and citizen children are being held on cement floors. America has never been so broken

  20. The people who you wouldnt let speak for you at a birthday party are somehow allowed to speak for all of the US.

  21. People care.

What’s different this time around is that those people are thoroughly irrelevant now. We are insignificant insects, easily crushed without a thought by the weapons of the almighty state. If he instead said “it doesn’t matter” he’d still be an asshole but he’d also be entirely correct. It’s over. The systems of accountability we thought would save us are completely within his grasp and he’s never letting them go.

The time to care was in 2020. He can start wars with each individual nation on the planet and, as evidenced by how much “resistance” was happening to stop an invasion of Venezuela, then Iran, and next Cuba, Greenland and Canada, not one of those illegal wars will be resisted meaningfully by the people in any way.

We’re too selfish and soft and still have too much to lose to effectively organize a potluck, never mind civil disobedience. We will stand by, paralyzed in horror each time, thinking “surely this time someone will do something” as we march docilely to the camps. Community is dead. Empathy is a liability now.

We’re in survival mode. Good luck.

  22. These fuckers are the biggest snowflakes on Earth. They accidentally switched off the escalator and they’re still crying about it. Half a fucking year later!

  23. Haha, hate filled pedo shitpants had to walk up the escalator . And is still mad about it.

  24. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the majority of people actually do care about this matter.

  25. Illustrious-Space333 on

For all the whining and snivelling and sniffing not one of you will do anything and keep on eating over the corpses, history repeats itself and america does too

  26. SilentOnomatopoeia on

Excuse me, but an escalator cannot be broken, it can only become stairs, thank you for your convenience United Nations

we truly are in the age of “what are you gonna do about it, huh?”. the mundanity of evil in full display. because there are no checks, no consequences. the final manifestation of a ruling class that benefits from laws that they don’t have to abide by, whilst we, the rest, MUST abide the law and it seldom protect us. Usually at this time, revolution happens, but they manage to trick us into thinking nothing will change.

  28. Well there’s never any consequences for his actions so I’m not surprised he doesn’t gaf

  29. these people don’t give a single solitary fuck. they don’t care the slightest bit.
