It’s unconstitutional to incur large sums of debt without the consent of the Sejm and the president. This loan will be illegal, and Poland will not be obligated to repay it.
Herr Tusk will have to pay it back himself, I’m fine with that, though I wouldn’t bet on it, because at that time, he’ll be busy rotting in prison.
