WE CANNOT BE BLACKMAILED – I asked for the documents in Minister Fekete’s land case

We are digging deeper and deeper into black matters, and this has also attracted the attention of the Fidesz staff. According to our information, it is not by chance that the leaders of Fidesz are giving each other the handle in Győr: Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, Minister of Transport János Lázár, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó, and now also Propaganda Minister Antal Rogán. They know there’s a problem.

While Fidesz in Győr had seven-time campaign managers, threats reached us. According to the information that has reached me, if we poke our noses into black real estate deals, some kind of audio recordings will be found.

I would like to make it clear that neither I nor the Pure Heart for the City community can be blackmailed. If someone with such information wants to get us to not investigate something, then we will investigate it at least twice as much.

As far as I know, the case that Fidesz does not want to talk about or hear about is that Győr-Szol Zrt. took possession of a 303-square-meter property, a building plot in New Town, from – what else – private individuals. Then, not long after, this land was sold from the local government company, under strange circumstances, to Dávid Fekete for 14.2 million forints, who was already a Fidesz local government representative at the time of the transaction, and Győr-Szol was, of course, a company of the local government.

Since there are so many question marks, I have asked Győr-Szol Zrt. to send the following documents in the case:

First of all, the documents of the legal proceedings initiated by Győr-Szol for the acquisition of the ownership of the property under the legal title of possession, all the documents submitted by the Company and created during the lawsuit. Announcements related to the procedure for possession, possibly documents of non-litigation proceedings. He obtained documents and certificates from the Archives and registry office, with which they tried to reveal the location of the previous owners.

Furthermore, lease agreements concluded between 1990 and 2022 for the property, as well as a contract ensuring other use, or a unilateral declaration, or the documents that gave the property into the possession and management of the Company or its legal predecessor, as well as those documents that reveal that the Company had control over the property as its own. If there was one, then the record of possession.

I also asked for the documents regarding the demolition of the buildings that stood on the property before September 2020 – a demolition permit – possibly a notification with such content, as well as a document certifying that the notification was acknowledged. The contractor’s contract for the demolition, as well as documents and invoices related to the removal of the demolition and other waste. Given that the building was located in an area of ​​historic significance, a document certifying the lifting of local protection or an owner’s static expert opinion certifying conditions that threaten stability, life or property safety.

Finally, I also requested a call for tenders for the sale of the property in 2023. Protocols containing the receipt and evaluation of tenders. Preparatory documents prior to the sale of the property, decisions, their justification, the valuation valid at the start of the procedure, as well as legal documents for resolving conflicts of interest concerning the person of the buyer.

We are eagerly awaiting the documents, the quick delivery of which should not cause any particular problems, since they must be available in several files, archived, one by one.

Although the passage of time can often be an obstacle, we managed to find the former owners and their legal heirs in less than 48 hours. We contacted them.
