I’ve seen 50 year old IT guys look like that after 20 years on the job  :-p
My dad turns 81 this year and used to be an EA FIFA developer before he retired. He also helped create Flickr. Many old guys may be clueless, but some literally created the tech we use today.
To the real question: Why is he still working at 102?
Man. To think he was only 28 before covid hit.
