They don’t have a high-level of life experience or professional/technical experience. Their perspectives and experiences are limited, and heavily filtered through ideology.
They may not have had to work through many difficulties or rely on other people or programs for anything. They may have come from higher income and higher educated communities and families.
They have narrow view of people and of the world. They are perfect henchmen but, not yet capable of deep and balanced thought, of a Human-Level fundamental respect of others, etc. Not excusing their behavior but just saying water is wet.
Not the sort of people who should be in those positions, unless of course, that exactly the kind of person you want in those positions.

The entire depositions were uploaded to YouTube by the organizations that had sued them, and then the government complained that the videos were causing “reputational damage and death threats.” Then the judge agreed and ordered them to be taken down.
