Russian oil will be more expensive and China will be buy more and more and so will India and Turkey at a premium. The waiver is the right call for everyone because due to this war Russia wins and Ukraine loses regardless of waiver or not.

Understandably that everything he says is solely focused on what could be advantageous to Ukraine, but for that reason his statetements have little to no value.
