  1. Fucking Christ.

Is there really no one else in Iowa that’s willing to get up on a stage and make this guy look too old to work? Surely it wouldn’t be that difficult.

  2. The state is captured. Grassley is a known quantity who doesn’t make waves that upset his wealthy backers.

He’s just the latest version of the decrepit old conservative bastard. Think Strom Thurmond only with corn & soybeans.

At f’in 92, he’s thinking of running again? Like he’ll really make it 6 more years…

  4. I thought this was a death announcement and instead, this. For you young’uns, in the day of the Tea Party (2007 through early 2010s) his main screaming fits were that the Dem’s Obamacare included Death Panels. He’s 90-f’ing two right now.

    Disgusting turd.

Is Iowa that boring that a 92 (or 94 in 2 years) man refuses to go back to his home there?

There really needs to age limits on any political office……92…..Jesus

  7. Ya know, most people can’t wait to retire but will never be able to. Then there’s these ass hats that absolutely can but won’t.

The year is 2026, and we are still asking 92-year-olds to navigate a world of AI integration, global digital economies, and a housing crisis they’ll never have to live through.

If you were born **before** the invention of the **microwave**, maybe, just maybe, you shouldn’t be drafting the blueprints for our digital future. We are being governed by a generation that had their chance to “make change” decades ago, and yet they’re still gripping the steering wheel while the rest of us are stuck in the backseat.

How can you represent the **needs** of families, workers, and students in **2026** when your perspective is rooted in the **1930s**? Public service isn’t supposed to be a lifetime achievement award or a retirement hobby. It’s about the future.

It’s time to stop treating leadership like an inheritance and start demanding representatives who actually have a stake in the world they’re creating.

    No more dinosaurs.

    35 to 55 only.

By 35 you should understand what’s important.
At 55 you’ll live to see the shit laws you inact.

  10. You truly have to be a psychopath that at 92 you’d want to keep oppressing the working class vs enjoying your tiny amount of time left
