Skies across the country will be mostly cloudy Thursday, with light rain expected through the early hours of the day along the east coast of southern Gangwon Province.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on Wednesday, some inland areas in the central region and in the Jeolla provinces are expected to witness frost.
Morning lows will stand between minus four and plus six degrees Celsius, with Seoul expected to start the day at one degree, or three to six degrees lower than Wednesday.
Afternoon highs will range from eight to 16 degrees, or one to four degrees warmer than Wednesday.
Seoul will see afternoon temperatures climb to eleven degrees.
