I didn’t go to nursing or medical school… Is it possible to save that arm/reattach the hand?

That arm is literally hanging by a thread. Bone is out and badly broken as well. Amputated and lucky to survive

  3. See – his battle brother didn’t lost nerves, does fast what is needed in seconds. Bandage it tightly and call for medevac.

Also people remember: war is worse than Hell.

  4. Well, this one was definitely a choice to watch while making my dinner, in a comfy place in England.

Excellent use of a tourniquet. Theres no saving that arm but now he might actually survive the ordeal. Incredible props to the cameraman for keeping his nerves while rendering aid.

  6. This war will not end until the Moscow and St.Petersburg, Starbucks/BMW Class of Russians start feeling it.

Ohh god im gonna faint just by looking … how is this guy holding like this … ohh god

  8. I would like to hear from a combat medic or ER personnel on what to do with the rest of that arm. TQ is obvious, but then just bundle the rest up in a dressing?

  9. He asked the guy if his arm was numb after tightening the tourniquet. How can you even feel anything? Props to them staying calm with the adrenaline and shock.

  10. In the beginning, when he first walks up, I swear his hand and thumb is moving, how is that possible? Especially with the bone broken, it should only be flesh hanging, no mobility.

  11. That moment when he lifts up what’s left of the hand to get it through the TQ

Wish him the best, brave guy.

  12. I recently watched a seen video of a foreign fighter in Ukraine, that Ukranian companies are increasingly offer limb protection (at least for defending troops) because amputations of otherwise fixable injuries have become common due to lack of doctors.

I can’t watch BBC’s: Casualty, but can watch this. The brain is an odd thing.
