Estonia headquartered Sunly has signed a power purchase agreement with Respect Energy for the Rzezawa solar park in southern Poland. The agreement covers 100% of electricity generated by the 60 MW photovoltaic installation. The contract follows a “pay as potentially produced” structure, linking revenues to actual generation output. Respect Energy will also provide balancing services, acting as the Balancing Services Provider for the project. This setup enables the solar plant to participate in Poland’s balancing market after technical integration and qualification. The model combines long-term energy sales with system services, supporting both revenue stability and grid operations. Sunly currently has over 1 GW operational and under-construction capacity, with more than 6 GW in development across Poland and the Baltics.
