Based on my various readings about billionaires these days, it really does feel that you cannot ascend to that financial level without being utterly psychotic in some fashion. There is no route for normal, well-adjusted people to gain that much wealth, because empathy, common sense, or healthy levels of pride and ego just aren’t compatible with archiving that much money for no other reason than to say you have it.

Let’s assume for a moment that there is, in fact, an actual Anti-Christ. A true child of Hell who will usher in an era of darkness for the world.
What does Thiel intend to do if he actually finds such a creature? More importantly, if he truly thinks the Anti-Christ is real, why is he not taking steps to buttress society *against* the influence of the Anti-Christ? Does he honestly think he and his tech bros are so incorruptible they can stand up to the literal son of Satan?
This guy sounds like every story of someone trying to make a deal with, and outsmart the Devil. For his sake, he’d better start hoping the atheists got it.
