Canadian Leylah Fernandez has been bounced from the women’s singles tournament at the Miami Open.
Fernandez, from Laval Que., lost to Jessica Pegula of the United States 6-2, 6-2 on Sunday in a Round of 32 match.
Victoria Mboko of Burlington, Ont., is the last Canadian in the women’s brackets.
She’ll face her doubles partner Mirra Andreeva of Russia in a Round of 16 match on Monday.
