Sometimes, when I’m allowed to visit my hometown (Voznesensk, the Mykolaiv region) for a day, as a break from my military service, I go to an open market to a hotdog stall where they make those hotdogs like they did in 90’s here in Ukraine

  1. Looks good man, love the green garnish. We have a long tradition with hotdogs where I live as well!

  2. Looks nice and all but not for me. If I attempt to eat it, all the good stuff on top of the bread would fall on the ground 😅

    Edit: typos

  3. Ukraine’s hot dog game is on point! I ate at least three a week when I was there for the first year of the invasion. About out to Doggeriz for that dope cheese sauce.

The hot dog machine I miss from my childhood, it was a large hot metal poker, you cut the tip of the bun off and shove it down on the hot poker thing ,creating a pocket that you dropped the cooked hot dog in. Do you still have those over there?!

  6. Looks like it would be challenging to eat and not have it all over the front of you

  7. I’m from Latvia, and I remember how hotdogs were large and gorgeous in Kijiv in 2000s

  8. I dunno if this matters to OP, but you have the respect and support of the Canadian people behind you

    Glory to the heroes!
