There was a story of a Turkish guy who disappeared, until such time as he was presumed dead. Then he came back. He didn’t owe anything, because he was dead. He was unburden from his past life. Then, he tried to get a driver license, passport, health card. He couldn’t, because he was dead. His argument for not being dead didn’t work, because all the paperwork on him was closed snd shut. Last I heard he was claiming to not be dead, because he wasn’t. Sounds like an administrative nightmare to be dead, but not actually dead.

That would be incredibly surreal.

Why Russians do not inform their families? What is wrong with these Russians?!!!

Wow. I hope for the family’s sake the remains in his grave can be identified sooner rather than later, and that he can overcome his own personal requiem. I can’t imagine what it must be like to live a life of living death in captivity to finally be given your freedom only to find that everyone you knew and loved had believed you were dead for four years.
The poor bastard must be living a psychological nightmare of being alive, dead, yet free, with an overwhelming guilt for surviving, all at the same time. I truly hope he will find a greater peace and purpose in his life going forward.
Fuck ruZZia for this. It could all be avoided if they were honest about who is in captivity as soon as they are known. The fact that they are deliberately obtuse in this regard is in of itself a war crime, the fact that they deliberately let it drag on for years is profoundly & utterly unconscionable.

Not sure if it’s plot armor or what it is but looking at your own grave, now digged up Is insane aura.

Guessing they buried someone else instead?
Brutal but I think he’s more there to grieve for his young self and innocence
Oof. That’s a complicated… psychological… wow. This could be healthy or not for him.
Heroyam Slava! I’m glad he has survived!
4 years in the captivity. Your tomb is already 2 years old and have some grass and ants. It makes you think about time very special things.
That must be 1 hell of a legalistic knot to untangle top of the emotional shock of the close ones
More than four years older for it
Good for him, good for the world.
I’d be a little disappointed in my grave. Look at the one behind it!
Him standing in front of his own grave: “The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated”
[Here](https://www.instagram.com/reels/DUf4W77DD_4/) is video of his family finding out he’s alive.
