Slovakian footballer, Ondrej Duda, has given his opinion on the match against Kosovo.
Slovakia’s players also described the challenge as difficult, but emphasized that Slovakia must take advantage of the home field advantage.
The semi-final of the 2026 World Cup qualifying play-off will take place on March 26 in Bratislava, and the Slovak team has begun preparations for the match against the “Dardans”.
Al Ettifaq midfielder, Duda, has praised the motivation of Kosovar footballers, also showing their value.

“The opponent has a lot of players who play in the top five leagues. They wanted to represent, maybe they thought they would be in Germany or Switzerland, but in the end they play for Kosovo and they are really motivated,” he said at a press conference.
The 31-year-old previously played for 1. FC Köln alongside Kosovar midfielder Elvis Rexhbeçaj.
Duda also expects the appearance of team captain Milan Skriniar.

“He is our captain, an experienced player, he would play even without one leg. I believe he will be ready for the game,” he declared.
Since 2014, Duda has recorded 90 appearances for Slovakia. /Telegraph/
