I worry for Indian Armed Forces, given that they employ similar air-defense systems to the Russians, for most part.
But, Op Sindoor of 2025, clearly showed that IAF resisted drone waves effectively. Its S400 batteries escaped and operated. The drones were shot down by air defense guns.
Granted IAF is no RuAF and PAF is no Ukraine, nevertheless, what gives? Is it that Op Sindoor was just a 3 day affair. If it were a 3 year affair, then IAF would have the same problems as RuAF? Won’t happen against Pakistan. But could happen against China.
Or the Russians are not well trained on their own equipment? They do have top-notch jamming though.
