I still have hopes to see Perm added to the hit list!
when ukraine first started hitting refineries there were shortages, long queues to get fuel and even an export ban. Ukraine has been hammering the refineries for months now – what has been the impact? Are we not seeing it because of the regime’s crack down on sharing information online, or did Russia somehow work out how to repair these near instantly?
