In another article Leavitt’s response was it’s not up to them, Trump gets to decide who it will be. Some prime negotiating right there lol. Of all of them he does seem like the best of the worst, so makes sense to call for him, but surely the Iranians noticed this distancing as well and this is also some head games to unsettle the status quo.
