In Fontvieille, the Aigue Marine was recently completely renovated via the SURAM operation. Three levels have been added, common areas redesigned and infrastructure modernized to improve comfort, safety and performance. The building thus becomes an example of successful renovation in a very demanding real estate market.
But this transformation raises a question: in a territory as limited as Monaco, is it better to renovate and enhance existing buildings rather than build new?
How do you see the future of Monegasque real estate: innovation through renovation or expansion through new projects?
