      Next you buy frozen mämmi and store it for the T.A.E (time after easter).
      And challenge Juha Mieto for eating contest.

      Buy several boxes and put them in the freezer. Once you are done with them it’s time for a tolerance break.

      First of all. It seems to be available all year in smaller volume. Second if push comes to shove you learn to make it yourself.

      Mämmi is available from larger grocery stores all year. Just check the freezer aisle.

      Never been a big fan on it myself, on portion a year is enough.

      But I wouldn’t worry, as with most things you’ll probably get over it pretty soon, especially with the amount you’re eating.

      Unless your name is Juha Mieto.

      The mämmi will be on sale after the Easter, you must buy in bulk and freeze it for later consuming.

      Large supermarkets have small amount of The Black Gold even during off season. I started mämmying in january already. It’s often a bit hidden away and might be difficult to find.

      There are mämmi products which are really low on the sugar. Obviously not accounting the vanilla sauce, but you can also eat it raw, it’s also good like that

      You go to the freezer in the shop and pick another one (it is available around the year in bigger shops)

      I have to ask, I’ve been eating this for 40 years, but always with cream. What is this thing with vanilla custard, am I doing something wrong?

      You weep and lament like the rest of us.

      Creme vanilla (or the oat version you have there) and mammi is exactly the way to rock it. I love it!

      You keep eating it, of course 😊 These ones will be on sale after Easter. But don’t buy too many and think of storing them in your freezer as these have already been defrosted once and not recommended to be frozen again.

      But at least Kymppi mämmi is sold as a frozen product throughout the year, at least in bigger stores. It happens to be my favourite brand.
