The problem is that these storage tank are seperated by dikes often in a group of four or two. So you can burn a group of four tanks or two tanks but the neighbouring tanks are not so effected since they are sitting in a seperate group isolated by dikes.

Looks like the oil breached the spill skirts and burned up at least 1 pumping station, and everything down by the pier.also looks like there were some other strikes on piping, that are no longer burning. Not good for them.
