






I’m not entirely sure it’s a Belarusian artist, but I’m pretty sure the “Minsk 2001” would lead one to believe it is. I can’t read Cyrillic so if anyone can help identify the signature I would very much appreciate it. Also any other info about the artist would be appreciated. It’s a neat little painting and if I had to assume (based on style and how well it’s done) that it’s worth a few bucks to fans of the style

I think it’s someone called I. Vilkina, but the “L” letter is difficult to read.
