Just calling him a General is a bit misleading. He’s the son of the sitting President and commander of all of their land forces. I know with it being Uganda that’s not exactly equivalent in terms of actual military might to being Army Chief of Staff in the US, but as far as Uganda is concerned he’s THE guy.
