  1. Article says 1.5 grams of TNT, or equivalent. Thats like 23 grains. TNT is more energetic than smokeless powder, but 23 grains of smokeless powder can make 5 9mm cartridges

I’m still falling to envision how these were detonated.

I love that it worked, I just don’t understand.

Damn that would suck, just gearing up. Guess it’s better than the grinder though. Props to Ukraine

As someone with plantar fasciitis and pronated feet, this would be a nightmare.

As much as I am glad Ukraine got one over on Russia, messing with charitable aid feels like it borders on a war crime

  6. The amount of corruption in the Russian military, I imagine some of these will end up for sale in the local market!

  7. Damn.. that is some dastardly devious shit.. and given Ukraine’s position, I’m all for it

  8. Scrolled through about 500 comments, all trash jokes or attempts at humor, site’s actually dead.

Putin once said where the russian soldier steps foot, the land now belongs to russia.

Ukraine’s solution is to remove said foot. Good move.

Operations like this remind me that the only difference between a terrorist action and covert operations is who sponsors it, and which team your cheering for. I’m still cheering for Ukraine, but its a still dirty sole-less act.

  11. >heated insoles allegedly rigged with small explosive charges and sent through volunteer aid channels.

The danger of running your military via donations. Wonder if Russian soldiers will be getting cold feet?

What I also understand from thus article is that there are people in Europe who sends charity to russiam military through Poland. As it supposed to be a routine delivery. This is what needs to be seriously investigated by the EU and specifically by Poland

  13. Not being funny but even something like releasing a bunch of glass fibre insoles would be awful. Imagine your insoles all being hyper itchy and awful. If you’re really devious you make them contained so it takes a week or two of use before all the shards start to escape 😅

Wow it looks like Russia really doesn’t have a leg to stand on with this.. literally!!💥🤯💯
