    The Latvian government has approved a €6.8 million support package for Ukraine.

    Background: At the end of February, Latvia pledged to relocate a dismantled fully equipped thermal power plant to Ukraine as part of a new aid package to support the country’s energy infrastructure amid Russian strikes.
