Beverly Unitarian Church will host folksinger Mark Dvorak at the next Concerts at the Givens Castle, 10244 S. Longwood Dr., on Saturday, April 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. Dvorak is a modern-day troubadour who has been called a “folk singer’s folk singer,” and he has an encyclopedic knowledge of traditional songs. The concert is a mix of the familiar and the new with traditional folk and standards from the Great American Songbook. Dvorak plays authentic country blues guitar and picks great old-time banjo.
