      Maybe this is a negative IQ move of getting outside support for the article 9 amendment.

      Negative as in… It’ll worsen it’s relationship with all its immediate neighbors even further

      Or, for that matter, a law?

      Or a treaty?

      Or a contract?

      Or a solemn oath sworn on a Bible?
