Help! Identifying an artist from the Painter’s Market at the Dry Bridge in Tbilisi

I saw this photo of an artist’s work that was apparently taken in the art market in the park by the Dry Bridge a couple of years ago. Does anybody recognize the style and know how I can get in touch with the artist or see more of their work? I really like it!
