Moi, I will try to keep it short, my apartament has this enclosed balcony, the building is from the 90s so its maybe not perfectly isolated (narrow gap between glass and floor. All visible in the photo. I got rid of that brown couch, and I wish to get a new one, a perfect, perfect fit in that corner would be JÄTTEBO from ikea BUT there is just one thing that makes me wonder. JÄTTEBO is not an "outdoor" sofa, so I am not sure is it a good/bad/terrible idea to get one. Any thoughts and feedback from long time enclosed balconies owners? I will be very thankful!

I’m guessing the dust and humidity are the problems here.
Indoor sofas will get moldy at some point if kept outside. I wouldn’t buy a new one, maybe a cheap used one that I can throw away after it gets moldy.
pretty sure non-outdoor one will grow mold sooner or later, even if it’s enclosed moisture will get in
Someone can maybe confirm, but I’m not sure how well the textile will fare when the temperature starts to get low, moisture high etc.
Our solution has been one of those synthetic rattan (polyrottinki) sofas with removable pillows. We take the pillows indoor for storage when the nighttime temperatures start dipping below zero.
Terrible idea if you don’t want to have moldy couch, great idea if you don’t mind having moldy couch. Enclosed balcony also acts like a green house, so do what you wan’t with that information.
I have two old ass leather chairs on my balcony. Have been there for 5 years or so. I got them for free, they were going to garbage. No detectable mold so far. They do get hella dusty.
As others said, no indoor couches on the balcony. But there are lots of outdoor furniture options, and some diy stuff can look fun. Several people I know have built balcony sofas out of pallets.
Ikea NÄMMÄRÖ series is a great option. The frame is designed for outdoor use and the pillows can easily be removed for the winter.
We had a bamboo stool in my grandma’s balcony and it got moldy pretty fast so I suggest an outdoor sofa
Before they get moldy they get moist. Wet pants feel awful.

I would get something that is not heavy to move so you can take it indoors/storage for winter. Freezing temperatures will ruin many furniture.

I’ve got this bamboo chair that is enough as a sofa for two. My balcony is different shape so it fits well.

Bamboo is too sensitive to keep outdoors over winter so I will take it in. And it also gets mould easily if its legs get wet/moist and can be a bit high maintenance.

It can be left out for winter in enclosed balcony.
Then of course tables for plants to get some greenery 😉
The humidy will condensate on every surface when the dew point is reached. Temperature doesn’t need to be below zero, high enough moisture and cold enough, and there will be condensation.
Outdoor pillows and fabrics have anti fungal treatment that lasts some years. Used ones might already have those treatments worn off.
Would be best to store soft pillows inside and not have any fabric on the sofa structure.
