Ben Roberts, a platoon leader with the 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, fires an Estonian Galil automatic rifle during a deliberate attack as part of a combined training mission with the Estonian 1st Infantry Battalion, Kuperjanov, in Camp Reedo, Estonia, on April 1, 2026. U.S. Service Members used Estonian weapons to become familiar with their allies’ weapon systems.
