RGREENINVEST, through its INFRAGREEN equity funds, and Renalfa Solarpro Group have agreed to establish a joint venture named Renalfa Power Clusters (RPC). Both partners committed €200 million in equity to support an €800 million pipeline of hybrid renewable energy assets. The projects will be developed across Romania and Poland and include long-duration battery energy storage systems. The venture builds on the partners’ earlier collaboration under Renalfa IPP, developed over the past five years. Renalfa IPP has focused on utility-scale hybrid projects combining renewable generation and storage technologies. RPC will deploy next-generation technologies for power generation, storage, and dispatch solutions. The company also plans to support low-carbon industries and data centres using long-duration BESS systems.
