    Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, Vassily Nebenzya, stated that Pristina, with the “tacit” approval of Brussels, continues to “sabotage” the establishment of the Community of Serbian Municipalities (CSM), as foreseen by the 2013 Brussels Agreement.
