A walk and a bunt put Bragg on second for Barrett Price, who brought him home with an RBI double. Price himself scored two pitches later when Connor Greb ripped a triple to left for the 6-2 lead.
Pelham walked the next two batters, the latter intentionally, before Evan Taylor resumed the scoring with an RBI single. A walk loaded up the bases for Lutenbacher, who hit into a sacrifice fly to make it a 9-2 ball game ahead of the end of the inning.
The Jags then turned two and forced a line out in the top of the fifth to set up the finish. Three-straight singles from Bragg, Ryne Paquette and Price loaded up the bases for Greb, who hit the first of two run-scoring sacrifice flies in the inning.
That put the lead at 11-2, and Taylor capped off the win with an RBI double to trigger the run rule.
Brody Smith got the win while allowing two runs off four hits and two walks in four innings. Taylor finished 2-for-4 with three RBI, and Bragg was 2-for-2 with a walk, two runs and an RBI.
Spain Park improved to 25-7 overall and 4-0 in area play. The Jags will finish the regular season with a series against the Helena Huskies starting Tuesday, April 14 at 6 p.m. at Spain Park High School.
Pelham dropped to 15-10 and 1-3 in area play. The Panthers will face the Chelsea Hornets for their final area series beginning Tuesday, April 14 at 6 p.m. at Bobby Hayes Field.
