This kind of thing has been coming for a long time
Russia is losing the war of attrition slowly but surely and wars of attrition are ultimately about whose economy breaks first. So long as Europe continues to support Ukraine, Russia simply does not have the resources and it never has.
Look at ww1. The western front was one of the most destructive wars ever, almost all of it was fought in France and yet France was among the victors.

Bankruptcies are at all time high in Russia. But I guess that when there is a war, weapon manufacturers going bankrupt means that things are going super bad, right?

Anything Ukraine can reach to speed up their decline? This company could have bankruptcy protection for some time while they sell of assets.
