On 1 April 2026, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Georgia, Mustafa Türker Arı, presented a copy of his letters of credence to Zurab Darchiashvili, Director of the Directorate of Diplomatic Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the strategic partnership between the two countries and the potential for further deepening bilateral cooperation.
Particular attention was given to trade and economic relations.
The discussion also addressed visits planned in the near future.
