Maybe one of you works at the bee and can anonymously share info from the internal kitchen?

    I am most interested in how the initiatives are taken internally in order to cheat users as much as possible in various possible ways, under the guise of innocent mistakes or "apsiskaičiavimais".

    My recent personal experience – my annual plan was ending, I needed to extend it. Okay – I look at the extension offer in my bee account, the price is clearly indicated, it seems normal, I have extended for a year.

    The first invoice arrived – it turns out that the bee added VAT to the existing amount, which was not mentioned anywhere in the offer even in small letters – it was presented to the user as final.

    According to the consumer rights law, all prices must be shown to consumers including taxes – there is nothing to discuss about that.

    Although the amount is symbolic, in principle such practices are annoying to the max – especially when the same tactics are applied to a large number of users and it is possible that quite a few people slip between accounts.

    In sum – even after paying the fines, it simply pays for the bee to apply such practices, a large number of people are deceived, and if a fine is received – it is paid from the profit received, in reality as normal costs.

    Perhaps you have experience in filing a complaint VVTAT because of such constant bees "errors"when in reality it is a continuous deception of consumers? Did you achieve anything real?

    It seems that the only fines that scare them would be a percentage of the annual turnover, but how much is this possible?

    In principle, I cannot stand injustice and I would very much like to get some sweet, legal and effective revenge against such companies.

      Tokie dalykai tvirtinami iš viršaus. Yra komercijos direktorius, teisės skyrius, rinkodaros skyrius ir panašiai. Realiai žino visi, o tokia “kūryba” užsiima nedidelis skaičius žmonių, kurių pareigos tikrai ne salonuose telefus pardavinėti.
