Hungary’s Mol is still interested in acquiring the controlling stake in Serbian state oil company NIS, held by Russia’s Gazprom and its oil arm, Gazprom Neft, Serbian authorities said Monday. But the shift in the political landscape following the victory of the opposition Tisza party in Hungary’s recent parliamentary elections has introduced some uncertainty to the planned transaction.
