Tele2, Telia and 3 Sweden now comply with customer information disclosure rules
The Swedish Post and Telecom Agency (PTS) has declared that Tele2, Telia and 3 Sweden now comply with rules requiring consent to disclose subscriber details to information companies, and it is therefore concluding its scrutiny, which began in spring 2025. Telenor Sweden had already been cleared. PTS says it has found that the three others have now changed their procedures, including by providing clearer information to customers.
