Coaches will watch how Ukraine’s young roster handles pressure in Poland, as the tournament gives prospects a chance to prove themselves on an international stage.

On April 18, the Ukrainian under-18 national team kicks off its World Championship campaign in Division 1A for under-18 national teams.

Our team’s first opponent is Slovenia.

The Division 1A tournament will be held in the Polish town of Krynica-Zdrój and will run until April 24.

In addition to Slovenia, Ukrainian junior hockey players will also face Poland, Hungary, Kazakhstan, and Switzerland.

The tournament gives young athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills on the world stage and gain invaluable experience in a prestigious competition.

In the group, the team will compete against Slovenia, Poland, Hungary, Kazakhstan, and Switzerland, which together form the Division 1A lineup.
