A1 Serbia to acquire IT company Dex

A1 Serbia intends to purchase Dex, an IT company that develops software to automate business processes. The Macedonian Competition Commission announced the acquisition. While Dex’s services, including information system development for companies, banks, and institutions, are primarily focused on Serbia and other Balkan countries, it currently has no operations or turnover in North Macedonia. In 2024, Dex reported EUR 5.4 million in operating revenue and approximately EUR 0.5 million in net profit.
