Denmark’s GomSpace forms UASAT sovereign satellite venture with Ukraine’s Stetman

Danish company GomSpace said it has signed an agreement with Ukrainian partner Stetman to establish a joint venture called UASAT to develop capacity for sovereign satellite communication capabilities for dual use. The first satellite is due for launch in autumn 2026 to provide operational feedback for the next steps in the UASAT roadmap. Further information about the initiative will be disclosed as appropriate and in accordance with current operational security considerations.
