I have questions about Orsha

I am Latin American, and I have always believed that the true culture of a country lies within its borders, outside the capital. I have always felt great curiosity and admiration for Belarus, because it is a place that you don’t often hear about in the West. I’ve always thought it’s a fantastic place to visit because it’s underrated and not as crowded as Western European countries. So I wanted to ask the locals how wonderful Orsha is and if they’ve seen any other Latin Americans there. I’m interested to know if there are more people in my area with the same passion for Eastern Europe.
