Most workers fall into mid-range salary brackets, with the largest group earning between €2,500 and €3,000 per month.
At the top end, just under 3 per cent earn more than €15,000 monthly.
Significant differences remain between industries.
Finance and insurance roles offer the highest pay, with a median salary of €6,858, while administrative and support services are among the lowest-paid sectors.
The data also highlights ongoing gender disparities.
Although women’s median salary is slightly higher than men’s, their average earnings are notably lower, reflecting underrepresentation in the highest-paid roles.
