Del Rey Oaks police said an alleged international criminal suspect is wanted for crimes, including graffiti in the Bay Area and Monterey Peninsula, as well as international charges of terrorism and arson.Police identified the suspect as Nathan Limesand, 26, who has been taken into custody in Bulgaria.
