Colt fined in Belgium for slow response to regulator

Colt was fined EUR 10,000 in Belgium for not making timely filings with the telecom regulator Bipt. The agency said it asked Colt in August 2025 for information on a potential spoofing case involving one of its numbers issued to a client, but did not receive a prompt response. Following further correspondence the information was not available until December, three months past the original deadline.
