Question about exchange student housing in Haaga Helsinki

Hi everyone, I am an incoming exchange student to the University of Helsinki (Viikki campus) for the autumn 2026 semester👋! I have a question regarding student housing, and I am hoping someone who knows the area can offer some feedback🙏

I have applied for HOAS, but have not received an offer yet. I also came across this website: https://www.haaga-asuntola.info/en/ (Haaga Instituutti Foundation) and got offered a furnished room for €410 per month.

I have been unable to find much reviews about the place online, so here I am on reddit😅. I’m wondering if anyone can verify that the organisation is legitimate and if this is a reasonable deal.
