A mountain-top retreat takes shape. Radisson Blu debuts at Romania’s COTA 1400 ski resort in summer 2026.

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of Radisson Blu Hotel Sinaia COTA 1400, a fully refurbished hotel in one of Romania’s most iconic year-round destinations. Scheduled to open in summer 2026, the hotel will mark its first collaboration with local partner Premier Hospitality.
Set 1,400m above sea level, the hotel sits directly on a ski area, while remaining close to Sinaia’s town centre and will offer 68 rooms and feature a heated terrace, a cigar lounge, meeting facilities with an outdoor terrace and a panoramic view, a gym, pool and Moroccan spa. The property will also include an après-ski venue.
Win Advisors acted as strategic advisor throughout the operator and brand selection process, supporting the owner in identifying and securing both the lease operator, Premier Hospitality, and the international franchisor, Radisson Hotel Group.
Among Sinaia’s best-known landmarks are Peleș Castle, Pelișor Castle, Sinaia Monastery, and the Casino Sinaia, a former casino turned international conference centre.
With strong accessibility from both Bucharest and Brașov, Sinaia continues to grow as a domestic and international leisure destination.
