BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to help children develop strength, confidence and character.
The program is geared for a wide age range — from babies who are just starting to walk to kids up to 11 years old — with coaches working alongside families to help reach goals they set together.
KidStrong points to results from a 2023 parent survey: 96% of parents reported an increase in their child’s self-confidence after participating. The survey also found 88% noticed improved social skills, and 85% said KidStrong was more enjoyable than other programs.
Classes are held weekly and last 45 minutes. The sessions are designed to be developmentally appropriate, fun and challenging, with KidStrong focusing on three core pillars: strong character, strong body and strong mind.
KidStrong has Louisiana locations in Prairieville, Denham Springs, Broussard, and Mandeville.
