Rapid Fusion, a manufacturer of large-format additive and hybrid manufacturing systems, has appointed Labostera as its newest reseller, bringing its systems to Lithuania and Latvia for the first time. Labostera, a provider of equipment solutions for medical, scientific, and industrial sectors, will represent Rapid Fusion across both countries. The agreement marks Rapid Fusion’s first entry into these Baltic markets.

“This is a very exciting milestone for Rapid Fusion. Lithuania and the wider Baltic region have a thriving industrial base, and Labostera’s expertise in that world makes them exactly the right partner to introduce customers to the possibilities of large format additive manufacturing,” said Jake Hand, Founder and CEO of Rapid Fusion.

More than two decades of experience and an established customer base positions Labostera to support the rollout of Rapid Fusion’s systems in the region. Its team works across medical, scientific, and industrial applications, with experience delivering complex equipment solutions.

Support will include supply, installation, ongoing maintenance, and customer training. That service model is built around long-term customer relationships and technical knowledge across the sectors it serves.

Rapid Fusion extends a reseller model already used in the U.S. and Italy

Rapid Fusion’s move into Lithuania and Latvia follows the same partner-led expansion strategy it used to enter the United States. In October 2025, the Exeter-based manufacturer appointed Phoenix Analysis & Design Technologies as its first U.S. reseller, using PADT’s engineering, simulation, and additive manufacturing experience to reach aerospace and defense customers in the western United States. That agreement gave the Arizona firm access to Rapid Fusion’s Apollo, Zeus, and Medusa systems and set up a sales process built around application analysis, pilot proposals, system integration, training, and long-term support. For Rapid Fusion, the Baltic deal continues a model that relies on local technical partners rather than direct market entry.

Italy shows the same pattern on the European side. Rapid Fusion entered that market through an exclusive agreement with Milan-based engineering consultancy Aivox, targeting sectors including architecture, fashion, medtech, and Northern Italy’s naval industry. Under that arrangement, Aivox was set to use, market, and integrate Rapid Fusion’s Zeus, Apollo, Medusa, and Cerberus platforms, with Zeus scheduled for installation at its Monza lab for demonstrations, trials, and product development. That deal linked market entry to local engineering support and application development, giving Rapid Fusion a base inside the country rather than selling into it from abroad. The Labostera appointment applies that same approach in the Baltics, where technical support, installation, maintenance, and training are central to the reseller’s role.
